We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Customer Experience Representative to join our team at Indigo Books & Music Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide personalized product recommendations and solutions
- Ensure a warm and welcoming store environment
- Store Operations
- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and manage product returns
- Replenish stock and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Merchandising and Visuals
- Use merchandising standards to create a stimulating store environment
- Curate product displays and maintain a clean and organized store
- Team Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Provide feedback and support to colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment
- Experience
- Previous experience in specialty retail or a retail environment is preferred
- Skills
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
