Job Summary
We are seeking a Seasonal Customer Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a visually appealing store environment, and supporting daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a visually appealing store environment, adhering to merchandising standards and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, product replenishment, and receiving and processing incoming merchandise.
- Engage with customers, leveraging product knowledge to tell stories and create a personalized shopping experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store culture.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inspiring shopping environment.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or a related field is an asset.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things and be exposed to all aspects of the store.
- Demonstrated commitment to creating an exceptional employee and customer experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec; other languages an asset.
