Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kardish Food Franchising Corp.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for training as needed
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Work Environment:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a team of sales staff and office volunteers. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
