Job Overview:

In this position, you will be tasked with advocating for and selling our company's pharmaceutical offerings or medical devices to healthcare professionals, such as physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff. Your main goal will be to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and achieve or surpass sales objectives within your designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Advocate for pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other relevant healthcare providers.
  2. Conduct engaging product presentations, highlighting the features, advantages, and appropriate applications of the products.
  3. Build and sustain robust relationships with key healthcare professionals within your assigned area.
  4. Identify and nurture new connections with potential clients.
  5. Remain updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry advancements.
  6. Perform market analysis to pinpoint opportunities for product promotion and sales enhancement.
  7. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  8. Monitor and report on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  9. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and effective sales initiatives.
  10. Engage closely with healthcare professionals to address their needs and concerns.
  11. Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
  12. Stay informed about relevant laws and guidelines governing pharmaceutical sales.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, biology, life sciences, business, or a related field.
  2. Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related area is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  5. Capability to work effectively under pressure.
  6. Familiarity with medical terminology and the pharmaceutical sector.
  7. Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
