Job Summary

The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all individuals entering the facility. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors and directs them to the appropriate personnel or facilities.
  • Answers and routes incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assists with the maintenance of the electronic visitor management system and supplies for all units.
  • Processes vehicle sticker requests and enters them into the SAP system.
  • Supports the Property Management team with administrative duties.
  • Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
