In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the marketing vision for Accoravillage by crafting and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will collaborate with the leadership team to elevate our brand and effectively communicate our unique value proposition to clients and stakeholders. This position is crucial for conducting market research, competitive analysis, and overseeing corporate events.

As a self-motivated individual, you excel at prioritizing tasks and taking full responsibility for your outcomes. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy, consistency, and quality in all your endeavors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals.
- Staying informed on emerging trends and strategizing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Analyzing competitive insights to ensure distinctive marketing campaigns.
- Developing corporate marketing strategies and coordinating product marketing initiatives.
- Simplifying complex concepts and articulating significant ideas for broad understanding.
- Fostering authentic relationships with staff, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Contributing positively to workplace culture by remaining engaged and motivated in your work.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications.
- Minimum of 5 years in progressive leadership roles.
- Proven track record in developing successful national and international marketing campaigns.
- Strong background in formulating and executing marketing strategies.
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
- Experience in business/financial aspects, including budgeting and ROI tracking.
- Proficient in CRM effectiveness.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge and experience in the healthcare sector or social marketing.
- Natural ability to inspire confidence and partner with leadership.
- Experience in building empowered, high-performing teams.
- Background in both public and private sectors, including entrepreneurial experience.
- Experience in an international context.
- Project management experience (PMP or related certification is a plus).
- Familiarity with Net Promoter Score and related systems.
- Bilingual in English and French is advantageous.
