Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and electronic communications
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Determine and establish office procedures
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
  • Supervise and train office staff
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and administration skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a full understanding of professional ethics and social skills
  • Ability to coach and train staff members
