We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at H&S Contracting Corporation. As a key member of our office team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and electronic communications
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Determine and establish office procedures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings
- Arrange travel schedules and make reservations
- Supervise and train office staff
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a full understanding of professional ethics and social skills
- Ability to coach and train staff members
- A competitive pay package
- Full-time position
- 7-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
