We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Program Transformation to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading process improvement initiatives and driving transformational change across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Drive Transformational Change: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process changes that drive business growth and improvement.
- Develop and Maintain Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of process improvements and transformational change initiatives.
- Provide Study-Specific Guidance: Offer expert guidance to project teams on process improvements and transformational change initiatives.
- Support Leadership Meetings: Provide updates on progress, challenges, and solutions to senior leadership.
- Triage Integrated Business Queries: Resolve complex business issues and provide expert guidance to project teams.
- Coordinate Financial Aspects: Oversee financial aspects of assigned activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Minimum 5-8 Years of Experience: In project and/or functional management in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, CRO, CDMO, and/or Clinical Supply/Supply Chain management.
- Certification in Project Management Methodologies: Preferred, but not required.
- Equivalent Experience: In lieu of a Bachelor of Science degree, with preference given to candidates holding an advanced degree.
- Deep Understanding of Drug Product Development: Clinical supply management, and clinical project delivery.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Visualization Tools: Ability to analyze and visualize data to inform business decisions.
- Ability to Motivate and Influence: Without direct authority, ability to motivate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong Planning Ability: Capable of developing and implementing clear and detailed strategies in support of process optimization.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Clinical Practices: Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Ability to Travel: Willingness to travel as assignments require.
The salary range estimated for this position is $150,000 - $160,000. This position will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. Actual compensation will be confirmed in writing at the time of offer.
