Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Second Cup Avalon Mall.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Prepare budget and cost estimates
- Address customers' complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit reports
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
- Free parking available
- Permanent employment opportunity
- 30 to 40 hours per week
