  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage the inventory of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our operational needs.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
  • Tray Assembly and Delivery: Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that our food is presented in a clean and appealing manner.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring that our staff are adequately staffed to meet our operational needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
