Secoda is seeking a seasoned Data Director to spearhead our data function and collaborate with the Marketing team to drive data enablement awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the data function, defining data infrastructure and architecture
  • Collaborate with Product to shape the development of the platform, ensuring data-driven decision making
  • Work closely with Marketing to create data-driven content and initiatives, promoting data enablement awareness
  • Develop and implement data governance policies, ensuring data quality and integrity
  • Lead data strategy, driving business growth through data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or data engineering
  • Proven track record of leading data teams and driving data-driven decision making
  • Expertise in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
