- Drive the adoption of data analytics best practices and standards across the company.
- Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage the analytics project portfolio, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business priorities.
- Support and oversee the financial system, data infrastructure, ETL process, and automation opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Microstrategy, etc.
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to drive innovation in analytics.
