Job Title: Senior Plant Human Resources Manager

O-I Glass is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Plant Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering human resources support for our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and coordinate plant labor relations, employment/recruiting and staffing, benefits administration, wage & salary administration, affirmative action/EEO, employee relations, and community relations.
  • Ensure the execution of talent management processes including workforce planning, recruiting & staffing, performance management, employee development, and succession planning in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for manufacturing organizational effectiveness (MOE) and organizational health.
  • Optimize personnel performance and efficiency.
  • Support the manufacturing plant by providing strategic HR counsel and driving the company's HR practices.
  • Oversee operations schedules and overtime needs by working closely with operations teams.
  • Manage administrative HR responsibilities.
  • Evaluate current HR practices and make recommendations for best-in-class solutions for contemporary HR issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 to 7 years of professional HR experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • HR systems and tech-savvy.
  • Candidate must be fluent in written and spoken English.
