Position Overview

The Concrete Finisher is responsible for ensuring the quality and durability of concrete surfaces. This role involves a variety of tasks that require precision and skill.

Key Responsibilities
  • Examine formwork, foundational materials, and steel reinforcements
  • Pour concrete into designated forms or surfaces according to specifications
  • Smooth and level concrete surfaces to achieve a professional finish
  • Utilize equipment to compact concrete effectively
  • Install fixtures such as anchor bolts and steel plates
  • Repair and replace sections of concrete that are damaged
  • Adhere to instructions and work autonomously
