Key Responsibilities- Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth finish.
- Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure it is level and even.
- Impart the desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures as required.
- Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and ensure they are waterproof and durable.
- Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Reliability, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Physical demands of the job include bending, crouching, and kneeling.
