About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cement Finisher to join our team at Omni Coating Ltd. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to ensure a smooth finish.
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and achieve the desired density.
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification to meet our high standards.
  • Impart a desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, ensuring a professional finish.
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills, and other fixtures to support our construction projects.
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and extend the lifespan of our coatings.
  • Waterproof, damp proof, and restore surfaces to their original condition, ensuring our clients receive a high-quality finish.
  • Repair, resurface, and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures to maintain our high standards.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to support our operations, ensuring we have the necessary resources to complete projects efficiently.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for our team members.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Commercial, industrial, and residential work experience.
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physically demanding role requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
Working Conditions

  • Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects ongoing.
