- Telephone and Electronic Enquiries: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Reports and Data Entry: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and accurately enter data into our systems.
- Document Management: Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Mail and Messaging: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and send and receive messages in a timely manner.
- Bookkeeping and Invoicing: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, prepare invoices, and bank deposits.
- Client Information: Provide general information to clients and the public, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Office Supplies and Inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
- Filing and Retrieval: File material in storage areas, label files according to retention and disposal schedules, and retrieve documents as needed.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
