About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Consultant, Poultry Business Specialist to join our team at Sollio Agriculture. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and development in the poultry industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Commercial Analyst to conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to achieve our goals.
  • Work closely with our Poultry Business Unit to develop and implement business strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Provide technical and business expertise to our clients and stakeholders to help them make informed decisions and achieve their business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that our business remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the poultry industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of poultry production, processing, and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.
