Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Levista Salon Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain high-quality standards and production levels, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to staff, promoting productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 team members, scheduling and reviewing work as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring a high level of competence.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient operations.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Own vehicle required for transportation.

English.
