Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Levista Salon Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nail salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our nail technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in our nail services, ensuring that all work meets our company's expectations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve customer engagement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
