- Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Operations and Administration
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nail salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply ordering.
- Ensure that all salon equipment and facilities are maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Training and Development
- Train and develop nail technicians to improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on salon performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g., beauty, business, or management).
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role in a nail salon or related industry.
