Nail Salon Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Levista Salon Corp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to our nail care team, ensuring high-quality services and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, ensuring our salon meets the highest standards of excellence.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule staff activities, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education and 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced salon environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Regularly required to stand for long periods, move around the salon, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Personal Suitability:
  • Client-focused and results-driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and staff.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
