Restaurant Operations Manager

At FMI, we're looking for a skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for directing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards, and meeting financial and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a top-notch guest experience that meets our high standards.
- Food Quality and Safety: Prepare our world-famous chicken at the highest quality standards, serving beverages, cooking fresh and frozen product according to specifications, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
- Financial Management: Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance, meeting restaurant financial and strategic objectives.
- Team Development: Train and develop Team Members and Shift Managers to achieve operational excellence, setting the standard for your team in recruiting, selecting, hiring, training, and retaining effective team talent.
- Inventory and Supplies: Maintain and order inventory and supplies, ensuring we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrate friendly, dependable qualities and a positive attitude, with the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve a common goal.
- Organizational Skills: Possess organizational skills with the ability to multitask, working flexible shifts, including weekends and nights.
- Communication Skills: Communicate effectively, enforcing policies and procedures, and reviewing job contributions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team, ensuring all staff are following health, safety, and security codes.
