Position Overview:

The Onsite Service Specialist (OSS) supports the local KeepStock team in executing inventory management and delivering exceptional customer service by aiding in the pre-implementation and implementation phases for new KeepStock setups. They assist with customer training and tasks related to inventory management. The OSS must be adaptable to work in various customer environments.

Key Responsibilities (You Will):

Conduct machine repair and maintenance activities for various equipment at customer locations. Execute territory work related to planning and implementing customer inventory initiatives. Gather data (pertaining to inventory details) at customer sites, ensuring accurate information is collected to guide the KeepStock implementation process. Provide coverage for Paid Time Off (PTO) for On-Site Service Representatives (OSR) and undertake route-based responsibilities and tasks as needed. Address escalated issues from OSRs, support the implementation of system projects, and provide feedback to the Supervisor regarding OSR performance.

Qualifications (You Have):

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or warehouse settings. Experience in managing various technical and operational challenges. Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Background checks and drug screening may be required based on company and customer requirements for on-site work and equipment operation. Possession of a valid driver's license in the province of residence. May need to use a personal vehicle for transportation, with valid insurance meeting company standards.

This role may necessitate visiting customer sites, where some clients may enforce alcohol and drug screening policies for on-site contractors and vendors. You may be required to comply with such screening procedures as a condition of access to these sites.

This position may also require adherence to safety protocols in line with applicable health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at certain customer locations. This may involve wearing items such as hard hats, steel-toed boots, and maintaining a clean-shaven appearance to wear close-fitting masks or other required PPE. Specific details regarding these requirements will be shared during the recruitment process.

This is a salaried position with a compensation range of $58,830 - $66,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses.

Factors influencing salary include, but are not limited to, a candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
