About the Role:

As a Healthcare Support Specialist with Interior Health Authority, you will be part of a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who provide support to clients in their homes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide household support to maintain a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare meals in accordance with client plans
  • Assist with mobility and transfers
  • Observe and report changes in client behavior and condition
  • Perform delegated tasks in accordance with training and procedures
