Position Overview:

The Onsite Service Specialist (OSS) plays a vital role in supporting the local KeepStock team by enhancing inventory management execution and ensuring exceptional customer service. This includes assisting in both the pre-implementation and implementation phases for new KeepStock installations, as well as providing customer training and engaging in activities related to inventory management. The OSS must be adaptable to various customer types and environments.

Key Responsibilities (You Will):

Conduct machine repair and maintenance activities for various equipment at customer locations. Execute territory work related to planning and implementing customer inventory projects. Collect data pertinent to inventory information at customer sites, ensuring accuracy to facilitate the KeepStock implementation process. Provide coverage for Paid Time Off (PTO) for On-Site Service Representatives (OSR) and take on route-based responsibilities as needed. Address escalated issues from OSRs, support the implementation of system projects, and offer feedback to the Supervisor regarding OSR performance.

Qualifications (You Have):

High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service or a warehouse setting. Proven experience in managing various technical and operational challenges. Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Capability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Background checks and drug screening may be required based on company and customer policies for on-site work and equipment operation. Valid driver's license in the province of residence is required. May need to use a personal vehicle for transportation, with valid insurance that meets company standards.

This position may necessitate visiting customer sites, where some may enforce alcohol and drug screening policies for on-site contractors and vendors. You may be required to comply with such screening procedures as a condition of access to these sites.

The role may also involve adhering to safety regulations in line with applicable health and safety legislation, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at certain customer locations. This may involve wearing items such as hard hats, steel-toed safety boots, and maintaining a clean-shaven appearance for the use of close-fitting N95 masks or other required PPE. Specific details regarding these requirements will be provided during the recruitment process.

This position is salaried, with a compensation range of $58,830 - $66,000, and is eligible for bonuses.

Factors influencing salary include, but are not limited to, a candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographical location.
