Position Overview

In the role of Head of Product Strategy, you will leverage your experience in scaling products and leading high-performing teams. You will have the opportunity to make impactful decisions that will shape the future of our business and redefine industry standards. Ideally, you possess a background in leading product initiatives within a B2B/B2C marketplace, guiding a company through various funding stages and potentially a successful exit.

  1. Collaborate on product vision, strategic planning, and ensure the execution of the product roadmap across the organization.
  2. Demonstrate a successful history of implementing Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies that enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  3. Establish and nurture a professional product management culture.
  4. Recruit skilled product managers who have successfully launched and managed products at scale.
  5. Advocate for product management within the organization.
  6. Empower product managers to operate efficiently and achieve results.
  7. Develop training programs to onboard and support new team members.
  8. Define and implement cross-departmental product management processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  1. Over 10 years of experience in all facets of product management, driving growth through innovation and effective execution.
  2. Proven leadership capabilities across multiple functions: Product, Design, and Analytics.
  3. Experience in a B2B/B2C marketplace, guiding a business from early funding stages to exit.
  4. Demonstrated ability to build scalable infrastructure and define optimal organizational structures.
  5. History of developing and mentoring high-performing teams that are inspired to excel and think creatively under your guidance.
  6. Proficient in making product decisions informed by user data.
  7. Expertise in refining internal processes to enhance speed and quality, delivering exceptional user experiences, and collaborating on strategies for diverse products, from mobile applications to enterprise software solutions.
  8. Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in creating and scaling user-friendly, engaging consumer products.
  9. Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  10. Extensive experience in establishing and executing robust research and A/B testing methodologies.
  11. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  12. Strong awareness of technological trends and their potential impact on current and future business operations.
