Inside Sales Support Representative

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in Maple Ridge, BC. As a key member of our Service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate quotations for customers, ensuring timely and efficient order processing.
- Manage and develop new and existing customer relationships, fostering strong partnerships and driving sales growth.
- Review customer status and credit limits, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
- Stay up-to-date on life safety product features, legislation, and regulations, providing expert advice to customers.
- Attend industry events and seminars to stay informed and network with key stakeholders.
- Support Sales Representatives in generating and managing leads, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Perform general office administration duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fire alarm, security, or electrical industry.
- Post-secondary education and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of professionalism.
