Supervision and Training

Supervise and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Reporting and Analysis

Prepare and submit reports to management on motel operations, including performance metrics and areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving and Quality Control

Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

Equipment Maintenance and Procurement

Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

Supply Chain Management

Requisition materials and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation of the motel.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work 30 to 40 hours per week
  • Fluency in English
