Executive Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews, ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas
- Supervise staff and ensure that they meet the required standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
- Co-ordinate maintenance and repair services
- Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced environment
- Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort
