Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Northern Motor Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are trained in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet quality control standards.
- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Prepare Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring that our menu offerings meet customer expectations.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for our food and beverage team, ensuring that we meet our operational needs.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
