About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Northern Motor Inn. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our hotel's culinary expertise and cater to the diverse tastes of our guests.

Chef Supervision

Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen efficiency and minimize waste.

Quality Control

Conduct regular kitchen inspections to ensure that food safety and quality standards are met, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment
