We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service Helper to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a Food Service Helper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are washed and sanitized, and restocking refrigerators and salad bars. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and appliances, as well as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors. Additionally, you will be responsible for receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas. Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area
  • Wash and sanitize dishes and utensils
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and appliances
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong work ethic
