About the Role

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Production Support Clerk. As a key member of our Hangar Support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aircraft maintenance and modification services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently in accordance with Transport Canada regulations
  • Manage project records and control legal documentation for aircraft
  • Generate daily customer reports for on-site representatives
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Department to source and order aircraft materials
  • Organize materials for current and upcoming projects
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service and data entry experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
