Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our Production Support team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining project records, controlling legal documentation for an aircraft, entering data in accordance with Transport Canada regulations, and generating daily customer reports for on-site customer representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently in accordance with Transport Canada regulations
  • Create and maintain project records, including tracking and reporting
  • Control legal documentation for an aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Generate daily customer reports for on-site customer representatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal customers

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service and data entry experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain positive customer service
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Point of Sale (POS) systems an asset
  • Ability to work and communicate well with a team
