We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team at Multi-Power Products Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately input data from various sources into our company database and ensure the integrity of data entry processes.
- Perform regular data maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Prepare and organize electronic documents for data entry, ensuring all data is captured and stored correctly.
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and re-entering information where necessary.
- Respond promptly to data inquiries and provide support to ensure data needs are met effectively.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
- Proficient typing and data entry skills (e.g., 60+ WPM with accuracy).
- Solid understanding of data confidentiality principles.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office, Google Suite, etc.).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 5+ years in a relevant field.
- Prior experience in multiple ERP systems.
- Familiarity with data management.
- Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

This role operates from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
