Production Support Position Overview
Are you skilled in data entry, technical document management, and providing exceptional customer service? Our Production Support role is part of the Hangar Support team, which includes Customer Support, Materials Support, and Production Support positions. As a Production Support member, you will be responsible for maintaining project records, handling legal documentation, data entry in compliance with regulations, and generating reports for customer representatives. This role appeals to individuals who thrive in an organized work setting and are detail-oriented.
Requirements for the Role
- High School Diploma required
- Previous experience in customer service and data entry
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive customer interactions
- Familiarity with MS Office and other software systems
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to assist in other roles as needed
Working Hours
Support counters are open from early morning to midnight on weekdays, and until 5:30 pm on weekends. All Hangar Support staff work rotating schedules totaling 80 hours every two weeks. Production Support may have a different rotation based on hangar requirements.
