We are looking for a full-time Client Services Coordinator to enhance our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist clients upon arrival
- Facilitate appointment scheduling and address client inquiries
- Ensure precise information management and process appointment payments
- Conduct administrative duties, special projects, and event coordination
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least one year of experience in a reception role within a spa or medical environment
- A strong collaborator and team player
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to uphold high operational standards
- A positive, proactive attitude
