Best-Way Dampproofing Ltd. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and repairing metal parts and products using various welding techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment and maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
  • Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Working Conditions:

The Welder will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
