Job Title: Welder

Join Focus Mechanical Ltd as a skilled Welder to play a crucial role in our fabrication team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality welds
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient welding
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding
  • Permanent employment
  • 30 to 40 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
Work Environment:

As a Welder at Focus Mechanical Ltd, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to work in a team. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and wear steel-toed safety boots and safety glasses/goggles.
