We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at THE ORTHODONTIC CENTRE AT NORTHLAND. As a User Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance and support to users, responding to their inquiries and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
- Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs.
- Set up equipment for employee use, ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
- Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations, ensuring the integrity and availability of our systems.
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Our office is a general office setting, with a dynamic and supportive team environment. As a User Support Technician, you will be working in a collaborative team, providing technical assistance and support to our users.
