Position Overview

The Housing Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to create an Experience of a Lifetime for employee residents. This role focuses on establishing a safe, inclusive, vibrant, and affordable housing atmosphere that adheres to all regulatory standards. The individual will foster a welcoming culture, serve as a resource for residents throughout their stay, and ensure all necessary legal documentation is completed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the housing concierge for residents, ensuring exceptional guest service.
  • Oversee the completion of resident license agreements, legal documents, and related move-in/move-out paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the housing team to ensure all information is accurate and complete within the housing management system.
  • Assist with daily operations, including data entry, file management, and mail distribution.
  • Communicate effectively with cleaning and maintenance teams.
  • Facilitate communication with residents, management, and external partners.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents.
  • Enhance the experience for residents and housing staff while promoting the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
  • Support employee wellness initiatives within Employee Housing, ensuring alignment with company vision.
  • Implement standardized best practices in support of the enterprise-wide housing strategy.
  • Cultivate a safe, enjoyable, and diverse housing culture that provides employees with an unforgettable experience.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest service-related role
  • Strong guest service and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience with room management software preferred
  • Background in data management
  • Familiarity with software system maintenance and training is an asset
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to lift 11-25 lbs
