Position Overview
The Housing Coordinator collaborates with various stakeholders to create an Experience of a Lifetime for employee residents. This role focuses on establishing a safe, inclusive, vibrant, and affordable housing atmosphere that adheres to all regulatory standards. The individual will foster a welcoming culture, serve as a resource for residents throughout their stay, and ensure all necessary legal documentation is completed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the housing concierge for residents, ensuring exceptional guest service.
- Oversee the completion of resident license agreements, legal documents, and related move-in/move-out paperwork.
- Collaborate with the housing team to ensure all information is accurate and complete within the housing management system.
- Assist with daily operations, including data entry, file management, and mail distribution.
- Communicate effectively with cleaning and maintenance teams.
- Facilitate communication with residents, management, and external partners.
- Respond promptly and effectively to all inquiries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for employee residents.
- Enhance the experience for residents and housing staff while promoting the seasonal Employee Value Proposition.
- Support employee wellness initiatives within Employee Housing, ensuring alignment with company vision.
- Implement standardized best practices in support of the enterprise-wide housing strategy.
- Cultivate a safe, enjoyable, and diverse housing culture that provides employees with an unforgettable experience.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest service-related role
- Strong guest service and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Teams
- Experience with room management software preferred
- Background in data management
- Familiarity with software system maintenance and training is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to lift 11-25 lbs
