Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at PACSTON TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in achieving its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures
Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
HR Department CoordinationCoordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
Information Flow and CommunicationCoordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Operations EvaluationEvaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
Mail and Materials DistributionOpen and distribute mail and other materials to ensure timely and efficient communication.
HR Project ManagementReview HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and implement policies and procedures as needed.
Policies and ProceduresEstablish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
Office Procedures and RoutinesDetermine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Recruitment StrategiesPlan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Scheduling and AppointmentsSchedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient communication.
Communication StrategiesOversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.
Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment.
Staffing and RecruitmentRecruit and hire staff to meet the organization's needs.
Bookkeeping TasksPerform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Work SettingInformation technology (IT) consulting.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityAbility to multitask, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, accurate, reliability, time management, accountability.
