About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at PACSTON TECHNOLOGY GROUP INC. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the HR department in achieving its goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Consultation and Grievance Procedures

Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

HR Department Coordination

Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.

Information Flow and Communication

Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Operations Evaluation

Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Mail and Materials Distribution

Open and distribute mail and other materials to ensure timely and efficient communication.

HR Project Management

Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations and implement policies and procedures as needed.

Policies and Procedures

Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.

Office Procedures and Routines

Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Recruitment Strategies

Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Scheduling and Appointments

Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure timely and efficient communication.

Communication Strategies

Oversee the development of communication strategies to ensure effective internal and external communication.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment.

Staffing and Recruitment

Recruit and hire staff to meet the organization's needs.

Bookkeeping Tasks

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Work Setting

Information technology (IT) consulting.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail.

Personal Suitability

Ability to multitask, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, accurate, reliability, time management, accountability.
