We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at A&W Restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Line Cook, you will be working in a team environment with a focus on food preparation and service.
What We Offer- Permanent full-time position.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- English language required.
