We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Indian Masala Bar & Grill. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient service
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Manage kitchen operations to ensure timely and efficient service
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy loads
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
