We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at The Longhorn Saloon. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals to the highest standards, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook meals to order, using a variety of ingredients and cooking techniques.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring they are aware of food safety and handling procedures.
- Order and manage inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring we have everything we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food.
- 1-6 months of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
