Payroll Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented professional with experience in payroll processing? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Process and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for Canadian employees.
- Perform remittances related to payroll.
- Make changes and additions to group insurance premiums when required.
- Prepare special off-cycle payroll runs for bonus and stock options.
- Manage time banks, sick leaves, vacations, and unpaid absences in connection with the Finance team.
- Participate in the preparation of year-end audit files related to payroll.
- Support year-end processes.
- Prepare various ad-hoc reports as requested.
- ACP or PCP Course required.
- 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing.
- Bilingual (an asset).
- Experience working with WFN (an asset).
