Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

BK Foods Ltd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and leading a team of food service professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of food service professionals
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment with a team of food service professionals. The work schedule will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
