Key Responsibilities- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to secure the best prices.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- 2 years of experience in a fast food restaurant or similar environment.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 35 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
