Key Responsibilities:

Quality Oversight: Direct all facets of quality assurance operations, including the sampling, testing, and evaluation of pharmaceutical products to guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.

Team Management: Supervise and mentor a dedicated team of quality specialists, providing essential training and support to enhance their professional growth and performance.

Regulatory Adherence: Keep updated with the latest regulations and guidelines from relevant health authorities, ensuring that all quality control processes comply with these standards.

Product Launch Coordination: Facilitate the efficient launch of new pharmaceutical products, conducting comprehensive reviews to confirm compliance with regulatory requirements.

Product Relaunch Strategy: Formulate and execute strategies for product relaunches, including conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective measures to ensure compliance.

Documentation and Reporting: Ensure meticulous documentation of all quality assurance activities, including testing results and procedures. Prepare regular reports to communicate findings and performance metrics to upper management.

Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing and regulatory affairs, to align quality control processes with broader business objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing quality processes and operational efficiency, applying best practices and innovative solutions.

Audit Support: Assist in both internal and external audits of quality systems, addressing any identified issues and executing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • · Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
  • · 5 to 10 years of pertinent experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • · In-depth knowledge of health regulations related to pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals.
  • · Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of managing and developing quality assurance teams.
  • · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across various departments.
  • · Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • · Proficient English communication skills.
